"The university first came in contact with Mr. Keith Sutton when we contracted our mechanical services to Crockett Facilities Services in June of 2015. Crockett then contracted services through Sutton Building Solutions for the University.

 

The services included repair service and maintenance of Commercial Boilers, Large Ton Chillers, Cooling Towers, Power Generators and Mechanical Pumps. As Preventive maintenance is the key to operating a successful 13 building 1,000,000, sq. foot campus spread over 11 acres,we have had no down time of any equipment during this period.

 

Keith is a dependable and dedicated contractor. All work is done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Repair cost are kept to a minimum with his expertise of finding solutions and corrective measures. As a State operated institution we are very susceptible to budget constraints and having to make the dollars go far. Keith and Sutton gives us this advantage."
